Automated Optical Inspection
ETEMCO has 2-D and 3-D AOI machines that provides detailed, high resolution images, while detecting missing, misaligned, or incorrect opponents, detecting solder bridges and poor solder joints. AOI inspection exceeds the ability of human inspection in terms of time and accuracy.
Conformal Coating & RTV Dispensing
Our PVA Delta 8 Dispensing equipment with 4-axis capabilities and 3 dispense heads allows for accurate and flexible dispensing of conformal coatings. This equipment also dispenses RTV for adhesive or staking requirements. The accuracy combined with the 4-axis programmability ensures coatings and RTV are where you want them and nowhere else.
PDR Infrared Rework
PDR Infrared (IR) Rework is a non-contact soldering and desoldering method used to repair or replace components on PCBs. Unlike traditional hot-air or soldering iron methods, PDR IR Rework uses controlled infrared heat to precisely reflow solder without damaging or reflowing surrounding components.
